Services – Seatbelt Repairs & Rewebbing
All repair and rewebbing services are performed to the highest safety standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your seatbelt and we will assess the issue and rectify it at no additional charge.
We do not offer refunds on completed services where the work has been carried out as described and agreed upon.
Products – Seatbelt Webbing & Hardware
We accept returns on unused, uncut webbing and hardware items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded in full, including return postage costs.
Mail-In Orders
For mail-in customers, please contact us before sending any items back. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Request a Return or Refund
