We provide seatbelt rewebbing, repair, and replacement services for vehicles. All work is carried out by experienced technicians to Australian safety standards. Service descriptions are provided in good faith; however, final assessment is made upon inspection of the item.

3. Mail-In Service

Customers using our mail-in service are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their seatbelts to us. We recommend using a tracked postage service. Melbourne Seatbelt Repairs is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit to or from our workshop.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required at the time of order. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice, though confirmed orders will be honoured at the price quoted.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on workload and parts availability. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
