1. Mail-In Service

Melbourne Seatbelt Repairs offers a nationwide mail-in service for customers outside the Melbourne area. To use this service, securely package your seatbelt(s) and send them to our workshop address. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.

2. Return Shipping After Repair

Once your seatbelt has been repaired or rewebbed, we will ship it back to your nominated address via a tracked service. Return shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or quoted at the time of order.

3. Processing Times

Orders and mail-in repairs are processed in the order they are received. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary based on current workload and parts availability. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

4. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within Australia only. If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about our services, please contact us directly.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your repaired item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at admin@progressivevans.com.au and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
