Frequently asked questions

My seatbelts dont retract well, can you fix them?

If your seatbelt retractor isn't working well it can be multiple things, if the tensioner just needs to be re tightened, we can do this at no charge. Sometimes the tensioners are damaged... this we cannot fix

Im after a colour you dont have on your website, can you get it?

We have around 30+ colours in stock, however we have around 65+ colour samples on site that we can order in if you prefer something else.
When will I get my order?

If you are posting your order in to us, we will have it Re Webbed and back in the post within 24 Hours of it arriving to us!
My seatbelts don't work because my car was in an accident, can you fix them?

Unfortunately, if your vehicle was in an accident and the pyro fuse has been detonated e.g. your seatbelts are locked they are a throw away and replace item. good news is contact us and we can source trade price replacements.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will depend on your location, once we have your seatbelts and have finished the re webbing. we will contact you for the return shipping fee usually around $19 per belt AUS wide.
